Gift subscriptions
If you have received a gift subscription and have any questions, simply email us at services@magsn.com. Please include the magazine title, your name, zip code and the gift giver's first and last name in your email. We will check to see if the gift subscription was ordered through us and let you know the status. If you received a gift card from us announcing the gift subscription, please be assured that the order was processed and your subscription should begin in 4-11 weeks - depending on when the order was placed.
When to expect your first Issue
The industry standard is 8-11 weeks from the date an order is placed. Please also allow one week processing time for most subscriptions. We will send you a shipping confirmation email on the 10th week. Please wait to receive that email before inquiring about your subscription. Magazine services
